EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- SkyWarn 13 Meteorologist Monica Ott and WEAU’s Danielle Wagner got to meet with some kids Friday, and share more about our jobs here at WEAU 13 News.

Each quarter, a new learning activity is set up in the youth services area at the L.E. Phillips Memorial Library in Eau Claire. This quarter, there's a news desk and a weather station set up for kids to play and learn.

The kids can interview people with a WEAU microphone, put together a seven day forecast and even use a homemade video camera.

Monica and Danielle answered questions, and Monica read through some weather books with the kids.
