CVTC Culinary Management program teams up with Midwest Meals

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)— The Chippewa Valley Technical College Culinary Management program is teaming up with a local business that offers pre-packaged fresh meals to customers.

Culinary students in Chef Kevin Brown’s CVTC classes will be able to develop new pre-packaged meals to add to the already existing menu at Midwest Meals.

Students who have meals added to the menu will also be rewarded with a scholarship.
