DUNN CO., Wis. (WEAU) -- The man accused of killing three people in a crash was in court Thursday.

The court found there was enough evidence for the case to proceed against Serghei Kundilovski, 36, who appeared in Dunn County Court.

He is charged with three counts of first degree reckless homicide after he drove the wrong way on I-94 and hit another car head on.

All three people in the other car died.

Troopers found two cans of air duster at the scene and according to a blood draw; Kundilovski had ethanol in his system at the time of the crash.

He's scheduled to be back in court in October.
