Chippewa Falls City Council approves special use permit for tiny homes

The Chippewa Falls City Council approved a special use permit to allow two tiny homes to go in the 200 block of West Central Street.

Landmark Christian Church in Lake Hallie is partnering with Trinity United Methodist Church to bring the homes to Chippewa Falls.

In order to expand the tiny home's locations, the church needed approval from the city council.

The tiny homes are used to help community members get back on their feet.
