DUNN COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) -- A Dunn County cab driver is charged after being accused of assaulting a female passenger.

56-year-old Edward Woodberry of Ridgeland was charged Tuesday with second degree sexual assault.

According to a criminal complaint, Woodberry picked a woman up outside a Menomonie Bar on October 7.

The woman told deputies Woodberry pulled her out of the vehicle at Riverside Park and had sex with her while she was blacking out.

The complaint said Woodberry told deputies she didn't have money for the cab so he told her he would give her a free ride home.

He went on to say she needed to use a bathroom, so he took her to the park.

He told deputies they had sex, but it was consensual.
