Habitat for Humanity ReStore opens for business

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- A non-profit home improvement store has opened its doors for business in the Chippewa Valley.

The Habitat for Humanity ReStore opened its doors Thursday off Clairemont Avenue in Eau Claire.

The ReStore allows community members to donate and buy gently used building materials, appliances, and furniture at a low cost. The store continues Habitat for Humanity's mission to serve families by funding home builds in the Chippewa Valley.

The store is open Thursdays from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The store accepts donations during store hours as well as Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
