Naked man found running on Highway 53

Altoona police say a man was running naked on Highway 53 Friday morning.
It happened around 6:40 on 53 North near the Clairemont on-ramp.
Several people driving by saw the man and called police. Police say the man would not cooperate so they had to use a taser on him. He was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
