Northern Wisconsin State Fair announces final line up for 2019

CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (RELEASE) -- The Northern Wisconsin State Fair (July 10-14, 2019) has made its final 2019 Main Stage Line Up announcement with the addition of the Roots and Boots 90’s Electric Throwdown Tour featuring Sammy Kershaw, Aaron Tippin and Collin Raye who will be taking the Leinenkugel’s Main Stage on Wednesday, July 10 at 8pm and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts who will be taking the Leinenkugel’s Main Stage on Saturday, July 13 at 8pm.

The complete lineup includes the Roots and Boots 90’s Electric Throwdown tour featuring Sammy Kershaw, Aaron Tippin and Collin Raye (July 10), Hairball (July 11), Big and Rich with Cowboy Troy and DJ Sinister (July 12), and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts (July 13).

In addition to the price of admission to get into the fair, tickets to see the Roots and Boots 90’s Electric Throwdown Tour will be $30 for reserve seating, $40 for premium seating, $125 for VIP (includes fair admission and a seat within the first 3 rows), and Northwestern Bank grandstand seating will be free of charge with general admission.

Hairball will be $20 for infield seats, $125 for VIP (includes fair admission and a seat within the first 3 rows), and Northwestern Bank grandstand seating will be free of charge with general admission. Tickets for Big and Rich with Cowboy Troy and DJ Sinister start at $20 for Northwestern Bank grandstand seating, $30 for reserve seating, $50 for premium seating (front 4 -10 rows), and $125 for VIP (includes fair admission and a seat within the first 3 rows).

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts start at $20 for Northwestern Bank grandstand seating, $30 for reserve seating, $50 for premium seating (front 4 -10 rows), and $125 for VIP (includes fair admission and a seat within the first 3 rows). All concert ticket pricing will increase $5 day of show.

The Northern Wisconsin State Fair will donate $1 from every Northwestern Bank grandstand ticket sold for both Friday, July 12 and Saturday, July 13 (yet to be announced) acts to the Troop #3055 Memorial Fund at the Community Foundation of Chippewa County. Additionally, Northwestern Bank will donate $5.00 per Northwestern Bank Grandstand ticket sold, up to $25,000, to the Troop #3055 Memorial Fund.

“We are thrilled to provide top entertainment for our Fair patrons and community,” stated Rusty Volk, Executive Director of the Northern Wisconsin State Fair Association, “And we are very thankful for Northwestern Bank and all our sponsors for the opportunity to give back to our community while showcasing accomplishments of our youth.”

In addition to these artist announcements and seating options, the Northern Wisconsin State Fair has added an additional feature to its VIP Area, offering a front of stage seat within the first 3 rows with the purchase of a VIP ticket. These VIP tickets will provide access from 5-10 pm to an exclusive area and include: one front of stage seat within first 3 premium rows, one adult fair admission ticket, a catered meal, refreshments (beer, wine, soda, and water), independent lounge area, private restrooms with A/C, and a separate entry/exit to the VIP area. Tickets are first come, first serve and limited to 50 VIP tickets per artist available to the public. These VIP tickets and all other tickets can be purchased online.

This will be the 122nd year of the Northern Wisconsin State Fair serving the Chippewa Valley. Each year the fair offers a plethora of family-fun activities and big-name artists known across the world. From agriculture, to food, carnival rides and games, educational exhibits, vendor shows, and more, the Northern Wisconsin State Fair is truly a “Family Affair.” In addition to these Leinenkugel Main Stage Artists, Lambeau Field Live will be making a return for a second year, as well as several other exciting new entertainment features.
