EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)- One man is arrested and police say they're looking for another suspect in connection to a copper theft.

The Eau Claire Police Department says on March 9th two men, 39-year-old Jason Robinson and 49-year-old Kevin Lillis, were on North Clairemont Avenue using bolt cutters to cut things off refrigeration units behind Festival Foods.

They say the men had box cutters and hand saws to cut the copper off. Adding, they were not arrested at that time due to more investigation.

Police say they determined Lillis and Robinson did not have permission to take anything from the refrigeration units.

Robinson was arrested on May 9th for theft and criminal damage to property. Police say they're still looking for Lillis.
