EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- An Eau Claire County man has been charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child, two years after the reported incidents took place.

Robert Schuster, 53 of Stanley, was given two counts of sexual assault Monday in Eau Claire County Court.

A complaint filed today says the first victim, now, seven years old, accused Schuster of inappropriately touching him back in 2016. Then last month, a second child - now, six - also reported being touched by him.

Schuster is free on a $10,000 signature bond. He’s due back for an initial appearance February 18.
