Traffic to be restricted during Eaux Claires Festival

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- Some Eau Claire traffic will be restricted for the duration of the Eaux Claires festival.

The Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office says traffic on Crescent Avenue between Curvue Road and South Town Hall Road will be restricted starting at 6:00 A.M. on Thursday and going through Saturday the 17th.

The reason for the restriction is because of a large number of campers that will be moving into nearby campgrounds.

Commuters are encouraged to take an alternative route.
