Two people identified after damage to signs along snowmobile trails

DUNN COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU)— Dunn County officials have identified two males after there were reports of criminal damage to signs along Dunn County snowmobile trails.

Dunn County Sheriff Kevin Bygd says two males admitted to their involvment. The 70 damaged signs in the townships of Spring Brook and Rock Creek had an estimated damage amount of $2,000.

The signs have since been repaired by the Elk Lake Blizzard and Brunswick Beavers snowmobile clubs.
