UPDATE: Man charged in connection to Chippewa Co. homicide sentenced

CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU) -- A Chippewa Falls man found guilty of armed robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm has been sentenced in Chippewa County

Thursday, a Chippewa County Judge sentenced Jesse Lloyd to 20 years in prison with 15 years of extended supervision

Lloyd was originally facing charges of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Kenneth Patterson, but was found not guilty during a trial. Matthew Labrec, who was also tied to the case, also received 20 years in prison for armed robbery.
