UPDATE: Names released in Dunn Co. homicide investigation

Authorities have released the names in a Dunn County homicide investigation.

The sheriff's office said the victim is identified as 24-year-old Alexander Woodworth of Eau Claire.

The suspect is identified as 20-year-old Ezra McCandless of Stanley. She is in the Dunn County Jail and is expected to be in court Wednesday afternoon.

The sheriff's office said she's expected to be charged with first degree intentional homicide.

According to law enforcement, Woodworth's body was found Friday, March 23 in a car in rural Springbrook township in Dunn County.

Deputies said it was clear his injuries were not self-inflicted.
