ONALASKA, Wis. (WEAU)-- Governor Scott Walker announced Monday morning a national electronics re-marketing, recycling, and scrap purchasing and logistic company is expanding its operations in La Crosse County.
Dynamic Recycling, Inc. is planning a $20 million project expected to create 153 new jobs. The expansion comes less than three years after the company relocated to Onalaska because it had outgrown its old facility in La Crosse. The governor says it's another example of job growth in the Coulee Region and across the state.
"The best way to be green is to make green and save green and in this case, both in what they make and what they do with the recycling here and with the investments that they are making to save energy at their new facility they will be making and saving money as advised to recycling, and promoting a green economy," said Governor Walker.
Dynamic Recycling recycles and reuses items such as IT equipment, consumer electronics, and medical equipment.
