EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- It’s not your typical workout; kids joined their parents Sunday in a quick yoga session.

Latitude 44 Yoga Studio hosted their destination yoga at the Eau Claire Children’s Museum Sunday morning. The class is called Little Yogi and Me and had parents bring their little ones along to have some family bonding. Amy Erickson, the owner of Latitude 44 Yoga Studio, says doing yoga with your children can be a great bonding experience.

“We offer childcare at the studio,” Erickson said. “We have a lot of kids coming in that want to do yoga with their parents. We do offer a class once per month, but this provides an opportunity for the families to do something together and promote wellness through the entire family: bonding with the family. It’s always fun to do something together.”

Erickson says the class is beneficial for your health and for your relationships with your children.
