BUFFALO COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) -- A Wisconsin man is found safe after getting stuck under his ATV for several hours in freezing cold temperatures in Buffalo County.

The sheriff's department says it received a report of an ATV rollover on Tuesday, around 7:30 p.m. When deputies arrived to the scene, they found 71-year-old Rodney Bagniewski, of Fountain City, sitting in his wife's SUV.
He says the brakes of his ATV did not work, causing him to go over an embankment, and roll his ATV. It then came to a rest on top of him, not allowing him to move

He says he was trapped for about 7 1/2 hours in the cold, before being found. He was flown by helicopter to the hospital.
