North's Urdahl commits to Wisconsin for hockey

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) The Eau Claire North boys hockey program will be well represented in Madison as junior forward Zach Urdahl is set to join teammate Sam Stange at Wisconsin when his high school career is over.

Urdahl leads North with 26 points this season with 20 goals and 6 assists in ten games. Last season he had 40 points in his first full season on varsity.

Earlier this year Urdahl's teammate Sam Stange committed to Wisconsin. They will join former Eau Claire Memorial standout Ty Emberson as local players to join the Wisconsin Badgers.
