EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) There's a lot of activity going on at the 'Haymarket Site' in downtown Eau Claire, home of the proposed Confluence Project's mixed-use building.

A huge crane can be seen at the site along Eau Claire Street and Graham Avenue.

According to Kevin Dallas of Market and Johnson, it went up Monday and will be used to service the building.

The mixed use development part of the project is currently being constructed which would consist of retail space, parking and an apartment complex.

Dallas says, so far, the project is on schedule and it should be completed by June of 2016.
