Local attorney volunteers photography skills

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- A local attorney is bringing smiles to the faces of many families, by capturing free portraits of their kids.

Beverly Wickstrom, a partner at Richie Wickstrom & Wachs, volunteered her time and photography skills at the Boys & Girls Club in Eau Claire Tuesday as part of the firm's 'We Can Help' program.

Wickstrom says she wanted to give families that may not be able to afford professional photos some snapshots they'll treasure forever.
She says while she loves the opportunity to take pictures of all different kinds of subjects, being able to bring joy to a family is even more special.

Sharp Photo and Portrait also agreed to donate their time and materials to print them free of charge.
