EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- Mayo Clinic Health System sites in northwest Wisconsin will see a rate increase.

Starting Jan. 1, there will be a 3.5 percent rate increase.

The rate increase will offset the over $500 million of uncompensated care which increased from $420 million in 2014.

The 3.5 percent annual rate increase for 2016 is the same as 2015.
