OakLeaf Clinics to relocate 2 clinics

RICE LAKE AND CORNELL, Wis. (WEAU) - OakLeaf Clinics is set to relocate two clinics and their respective clinical teams.

The relocations are set to take place in June 2025.

According to OakLeaf Clinics, below are the new clinic locations:

• The OakLeaf Clinics - Cornell clinical team will transition to 855 Lakeland Drive in Chippewa Falls on June 9, 2025.
• The OakLeaf Clinics - Rice Lake clinical team will move to 2900 Wisconsin Avenue in Rice Lake on June 2, 2025.

OakLeaf Clinics is also opening Urgent Care at the new Rice Lake location starting on Aug. 4, 2025. The scheduled hours are as follows:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
