Upon learning that my doctor was leaving the clinic, Brittany proactively reached out to me to ensure there would be no gap in my care. They took the initiative to coordinate and schedule an injection for me before the doctor’s final day. This forward-thinking, kind action completely relieved my stress about the doctor’s transition and truly exemplifies putting the needs of the patient first. They deserve high recognition for going above and beyond.
