Victim and Suspect Named in Suspicious Death

POLK COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) - The case has been ruled a homicide.

According to a release from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, the victim in Monday’s suspicious death in the town of Farmington in rural Osceola is 34-year-old Margaret Ler’che. 41-year-old Jared Ler’che was arrested as a person of interest in the murder.

According to court documents, Ler’che is charged with first-degree intentional homicide--domestic abuse.

He is being held on a $500,000 cash bond.
